ReviewArbitra provides AI-powered review arbitration services to help businesses identify and remove policy-violating reviews from platforms like Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, and others.

• Performance-based pricing model

Our pricing model is performance-based:

• Starter Plan: $0 to start, $100 per successfully removed review
• Standard Plan: $49 audit fee + $100 per removed review
• Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing with volume discounts

Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed through Shopier, a trusted payment gateway. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.

You will only be charged for successfully removed reviews. If we cannot remove any reviews, you pay nothing (Starter plan) or receive a full refund of the audit fee (Standard plan).

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete business information
• Only request removal of reviews that genuinely violate platform policies
• Not use our services for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

ReviewArbitra does not guarantee the removal of any specific review. Our success rate is based on historical data and depends on:

• The nature of the policy violation
• Platform-specific review policies
• Evidence provided by the business

We only pursue removal of reviews that genuinely violate platform policies. We do not remove legitimate negative reviews.

All content, features, and functionality of ReviewArbitra are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

ReviewArbitra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
